Starview channels not working

    I have a couple of channels which have suddenly started saying 'scrambled or bad channel'. I have already turned the EMU on and it has updated however some channels are still not working.
    Please can somone tell me what to do. Thanks in advanced

    if its a few om the movies channels there comeon at different times,

    if not do a factory reset & scan again, should sort this out

    thanks for the reply but the two channels not working at the moment are premplus and skysports extra. Could you please tell me if these channels should be working and/or is their a way i could fix the problem. Thankyou.
