starview clone died

there is power going through the multimeter on all the contacts but its not what its supposed 2 b, would it b worth me buying a new psu board from fleabay?? cheers again 4 help btw

 

What are the readouts from the PSU.

 

ive set the mm to 20 v as this is the only 1 thats staedy. first 1 is 0.30. second 1 is 1.01. third 1 is 5.23. fourth 1 is 0.15.

 

its diffferent every time i do it. goinn 2 bed now. will have a look at it tomorrow but thanx again 4 your help. if u have any ideas let me no coz freeview is bad lol.

I have 2 starview boxes

first box has 18 x 7 vents on top and scart on the left and power on right

second box has 13 x 7 vents and scart on left and power on right

inside the second box in the left hand corner where the 2x10 holes are there is little spikes sticking out of it and the first 1 hasn't.

does anybody know which 1 is clone or are both different types off clone???

I flashed them with the same software 257e & clonesafe auto roll, I flashed the the first 1 about 2 weeks ago and it froze then died about 4 days ago.
All power was lost and won't power back up for me at all..No leds light up but when i turn it on the tv goes to av for a second so theres a little power going to it

Any help would be appreciated,
