starview clone new fixed files

lol tanx again mate

 

need some help guys

go a starview1 clone, i put on SunRise's clonesafe AU FIX firmware on the day it was released (the legit one)

all was well, until yesterday when the box comes on, picture shows for 10secs, then the picture freezes then box reboots it self, get 3 dotted lines on the front of the starview

boots up to a channel, and same thing happens again

any idea what this could be?

my box dying?

A special thanks to Malci and Celtic71 for your assistance. I got the cable and downloaded the software as was specified. I will have to wait until the codes are changed again to make sure it worked but I expect no problems. It does say thet I should download a bin file channel list but I don't no where to get that. you dont need a channel bin file just do a full scan and turn emu back on and if you want to check whether the autoroll works then just above key emu it says set key default that will put the original codes back in so then exit and leave it on sky sports and see does it autoroll

 

No need for an autoscan after flash unless you have done a factory reset your channel list will remain unaffected.

 

I have set the default and it worked it automatically updated. Again thanks to everyone for their help. I must say this is super site.

but when i put it on for my son this morning it's gone again
it's not like there was any big games on last nite,if you can help

Same here you just have to wait until the threads are updated, the guys are great at doing it as soon as they can, so keep checking the links.

scouser i had a dreambox up to last wk and u helped me no end when it kept going down,i decided to get a starview box in the end because i didnt know how to flash,download ftp ect ect,my question is,i heard on the dreambox u can get extra channels adult ect and was wondering is there a way of getting them on the box? thanks for everything again

I flashed my starview clone the other day and its working perfect. The only thing is the ppv channel is gone. Can I get this channel back. Thanks in advance guys

 

The only PPV channel you will get is for special events such as ppv boxing etc. - nothing on until they start to advertise it is usely TV1700. all you will get now is an updating loop until next event is due.
