starview codes

lads need help ,i am after losing all my stations on starview how do i get these back . i entered the master code 1668 thinking this would sort out the sound issue any ideas

 

1668 is the master code for channel edit, factory reset etc. only to replace 0000 if it has been changed and you have forgotten it. I suggest you do a factory reset and start from scratch.

factory reset - installation - select provider - automatic scan - when channels found - exit to main menu - ignore what is on screen and punch in 1570 - down to key emu and turn to on - go to scrambled channel and let it update.

I am presuming you have v400 on sv box - if genuine.

the box i have says starview ap1ver..2.55e boot ver ..7.0 digital reciver, not letting me into factory settings its looking for a password .

 

Try the 1668 option now, it should over ride the password

 

repeat - the default pass is 0000 - the master code is 1668

 

tryed that still no joy ,when i try auto scan it is saying all fail also it is only running to 37 chanals rather then 140

 

Can't understand why the code is not working - have you selected your provider N** or C****, if so then try manual scan. Check link below

Hi all! New to the site, bought the starview decoder! starview box not picken up signal (again)? hav thay changed the code folkes? any news?

 

No codes have changed , recheck the codes and make sure the EMU key is On .

do an auto-rescan then enter the Parental control section of the menu. Press "i” (info) then "2004" and you will enter the CAS system menu. Scroll down to Key EMU and switch it on by toggling the volume arrows on the remote. Then move up to Nagravision and press OK select your area provider then press OK.
Exit all way back to main menu.

bigals23 are you making sure that u 'store' each line when u input the codes ?

 

yes but im having to do it through NAGRA section coz when i click on current key i cant git into it

Yea but you have to go in through nagra to change the codes !

 

still no joy. Dont know whats goin on at this end.
