starview data is being updated

it has exactly what u said but it still does nt connect into rs232 port at back of box. just incase i have d wrong cable,if i give u my email addy will u email me d web page of what i need and ill get it? its thereallreds@hotmail.com

 

i have the cable for the starview, now were do i get downloads,do i need gt loader, do i need a microsoft engineer sitting beside me, would someone explain it to me like im a 2 year old thanks.
