no, hi-def is not avail afaik. its the starview pvr (recorder) that was mentioned earlier

 

Thanks for all the help, the codes are spot on. If they change every day i think im gonna cry.
A daft question but, do u need the codes for every provider or just the provider that u scan. i.e. ntl.tw.cw.

does the 01 highlight when your cursor is on it if not you will possibly have to reset your box and start at the beginning i know it is a pain but you should be up and running in 15 min also you could update your firm ware to 257/258/259/posible 300 at your own risk

 

I first found this site on Monday as did not know what to do. I signed up looked around and then finally asked a question and within a minute or two TEZZER007 pointed me to the right page.

I came home a short while ago and found the channels had changed again. I started where i finished last time, read through and now have a working box. It's really not that hard

The channels are free so its not going to kill anybody to search for a while.

Without the likes of TEZZER007 & fergusrb, i for one know i'd be complete & utterly lost.

Don't bite the hand that feed you. In other words, respect the people that help you.

 

just checking on what type of rs232 cable is it 9 pin female to 9 pin female or 25 pin female to 9 pin female (i know its a null modem) thanks

oh really ... well i dont have a null cable or any of that so i wouldnt say ill be updating ... factory reset is it ? thanks fergusrb

no pin numbers do not work look in your channel edit scroll down you will see other stations with no name or the word hid after it click on it if its the channel you want rename it

Hi there a little update on 300eE.
Flashed 3 boxes about 2 hours ago with 300eE
Two boxes that appear to be copies or first generation (10.5 by 6 inches)
And one that appears to be genuine (10.5 by 7 inches)
All three boxes are running ok with no probs.
I will give you some updated info on this tomorrow

you do not need a cable for a factory reset only the codes after you do it which are here on this site from page 80 onwards

 

A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE FLASH THESE SO CALLED CLONES / INCLUDING ME / WITH THE NEW 3.00EE WITH NO PROBS

mines been on for days now with it and it aouto updates the keys so no messing around like most people are
