    I think you might have to rescan your channels after as someone has probably done a factory reset on your box. Once you've done that change the default pin to stop this happening again

    stevo just do a manual scan it should pick everything up

    no when you press automatic scan scroll down to the bottom where it says disable move the arrow across till it says enable then it will just do a complete rescan that way you dont lose any channels put in favourites

    Hello, I've had the box for a while now, The version I have is currently Aug 2006, how do I go about updating it (Where do I get the updates and install them) and what cable do I plug into my PC?

    I thought that updating it would make a lot more channels come through, some channels I have 2 of, and a few of the movie channels don't seem to work :s

    NO I WOULD LEAVE WELL ALONE. IF YOUR MISSING CHANNELS DO THIS
    1/PRESS MENU
    2/INSTALLATION
    3/ MANUAL SCAN
    4/SCROLL DOWN TO BOTTOM WHERE IT SAYS DISABLE AND MOVE THE ARROW ACROSS TILL IT SAYS ENABLE THEN OK IT WILL THEN RESCAN THE BOX BUT YOU WILL NOT LOSE ANY CHANNELS YOU HAD IN YOUR FAVOURITES LET ME NO HOW YOU GET ON.

    I got a few more extra channels but the only move channels that work until 5pm are ones that have Hid next to them, and about 2 of them don't have Hid next to it :s

    Can anyone help?

    I went to watch SS1 today on my starview and i had a blank screen. so i deleted the channel and tried to manually rescan. However nothing appeared so did a complete rescan. still nothing. I am still able to watch SS2 on the same frequency. Has anyone got any ideas?
