can anybody tell me how i can update box so dont have to do this everyday dublin area

have new key codes. how do I post them without breaking forum rules?

 

We need t***w*** codes please

 

OK seems as if the codes from yesterday for N** Ireland only

Have not changed just re enter them again and see what happens

00: D3 0C 85 16 7A 4D 2C D7

01: CB C9 BB A1 1F 39 FF 86

 

Whoa guys thats 3 diff codes in 3 days. It seems like one day the 01 keys are changed and the next the 00 keys are changed.

Looks like this is going to be a daily occurrence from now on.

If they are new you are more than welcome to enter them on the page if not they are on page 98 for all others except Telewest

 

They cant do this forever anybody that has v3.00 flash your box and the box will work again then re flash back again to whatever you had on it

 

Tezz mate im totally clueless with this sort of thing! but your a smoggy 2 would you like to do some magic on my box??? i dont know if its a clone or anything just plug it in and it works! let me know please

 

Mine still up and running with yesterdays codes for c&w northwest

 

1. Plug starview in at the mains;and put on stand by

2. Plug in null modem cable and join up box with
PC using COM port on PC (there is only one socket for
this on the starview you cant go wrong);

3. Open up GTRom loader
4. Click on "BIN File" on GTRom and load the
Auto update BIN File file 3.00ee that you have


5. Now click download button and you sill se the
file being downloaded.

6. Once complete a mssage will apppears saying
something like "download successful".(you must wait till youir pc says this it about 20 seconds atfer it says 100%))


7, plug box in and press Menu on
remote, installation, choose your cable provider,
then move don to automatic scan and press ok.

8. Once all channels have been found press exit back to TV screen.

9. Now press menu, parental control, press ok.

10 Now press the info button then the numbers 2 0 0 4. Move down to Key Emu and change option
to on.
Press ok , then exit back to TV Screen.

11. Go to scrambled channel and wait for it to unscramble the channels

12 then watch tv.

 

yep the cloned boxes days are numbered, 1 by 1 everyone will get fed up with having no auto update and move to eurovox which is probably what im going to die

 

dont have any leads or anything and wouldnt trust myself to do that if i did i'll stick to mannual entry thanks though. Its not good being inept lol

 

does the 3.00ee update contain the ability to update the codes automatically, because alot of people have said that 3.00ee sorts out the problems with the codes but havent said how so.

3.00ee will auto update and no need for all this key manual entry

 

The file 3.00 has the ability to do the autoroll by itself so if you have it put it on then re flash back and you will still have the code with no risk
