dont touch the clone safe version. best thing to do is flash with 3.00 when the box goes down, this will make the box auto update. then flash back to 2.57 or whatever you were using, this will keep the new codes from 3.00

hi guys, ok when i go to put v 3.00 in what do you mean by flasing it back to 257? does this mean to leave the v3.00 in and then put in the 257 software in as well many thanks smoggy

flashing back to 2.57 will overwrite the 3.00 but the box will keep the codes that 3.00 gave it. keeping 3.00 on permanently is not recommended as the 2.60 killed off the clones and this might do the same. nothing has been confirmed yet but if anyone would like to be the guinnea pig........

no, you must connect to cable & tv after flashing v3 this will gather new codes off the nework. reflash once the scrambled channels are working again, usually takes 30 secs or less

Thats the spirit. I've loadeed V3 on quite a few SV's and they are all going fine. Yes it keeps freezing but you can change channel and then change back and it's fine. Or you can re flash with 2.57 until you need the codes again then just do the whole thing again.

The best thing about everyone flashing with V3 is this thread won't be full of people who can't be bothered to look asking for the codes all day long

ive set up an email address and have got a huge list of contacts that i email in just 1 go with a code update. i did post it on here a few days ago but we are not supposed to and i dont want to do it again in case i get banned! i dont see why its such a problem cos it takes some of the pressure of this site, it can get really crowded sometimes, especially when everyone wants new codes!
