anybody know where sky sports 2 is?

 

I really hope that the fix for the "bad or scrambled channel" is released soon, its getting annoying ....hopefully they can continue the good work and give us a good fix soon.

 

oh and i forgot to ask - was there this problem in 257?

I just got the box and i updated to 300 almost the day after.

 

No there is no problem with 257 it just does not update the codes like the v3 does but this is a bit buggy at the moment and could cause your box to die as well

hi pcopey you should go to menual scan and type in frequency 731000 for Sky Sports 2

One post too many for me RE! V3.00/ee killing boxes. It's back to 257 for me until we know just what exactly is the best to do!

best be safe its not to hard to put a few numbers in for the time being wont last forever and all will be as before

Ha!Ha! the box seems ok touch wood.... did any one notice that suppliersof the boxes on E-Bay are getting smaller my supplier is no longer selling them or recieving negative feedback mmmm Iwonder why?????

 

It seems the "bad or scrambled channel" is happening mostly in ex c&w areas with V300.

I read that its something to do with the symbol rate and that v300 was based on 258 which only has Nthells symbol rate which is why we are experiencing freezing.

257 with autoroll would be ideal for us.

 

you can re flash with 257 and you wont have that problem the v3 is a little buggy at present there is no prob manually inputting the codes this will only be for a short time more while the work to get the HD ready then the codes will be left alone i hope

Yes if we could get someone to incorporate the auto roll into 257 it would be fab but unless you know a computer programmer or someone else does we will have to do with what we have for the time being

 

hi guys can someone tell me my daughter has a matsu freeview box with the port on the back same serial number as the starview , would it support the software and has anyone tried it and would it work? also thanks for the help on rebooting all done now,

its happening on all cable suppliers , not just C/W,

i am on T*******T , & its starting happening to me from last night, was ok from the day the firmware cameout, but playing up from last night,

but will have to live withit till the new firmware fix comesout

about channel list was off yesterday so i was not watching the thread i would say if you look from page 115 onwards you will find it
