All people having problems with v3.00 freezing bad channels coming up
revert back to 257 and problem will be gone but manually inputting of the codes will have to be done unless you flash back to v3 when codes change and then back to 257 again

 

tryin to upgrade to 3.ee keeps coming up wrong model number can anyone help please

What cable are you using has to be a null modem cable i know people say 232 it is similar but there is a difference so unless it says null cable it wont work

Any computer programmers want to take the challenge to fix 257 to auto roll like the v3 does both versions are available to look at

 

Has anyone else had the misfortune of dealing with satellitestockshops on E-Bay buyers beware they are no longer selling starview boxes

 

smoggy, you wont get a freeview to recieve cable, they use totally different frequencies. ive got an old philips freeview STb and when i first started with starviews i looked into trying to flash the freeview so it could pick up the pay channels like topup tv but even that was impossible.
