starview fullscreen

hi everyone

can someone help
, i cant seem to get my sv box to stay in full screen , i allways get black bars down the tweo sides,
i have change the aspect ratio from 4.3 to 16.9 and i am still getting these two black bars
,i have a few boxes and i get it on all boxes !!
i am running 257 software on them

what setting is your tv set too,

also is that happening on every channel

 

the tv is on 16.9 but it happens on any tv i rig it up to. and no not on all channels . hallmark and some movie channels are affected and sometimes bbc1 on certain programs they broadcast yet the same chanells are ok on the dbox
