Starview Galway Box Problem

    hi our box does n ot seem to be working this morn was working fine last night i have reset the factory settings and found all channels ,turned on emu and no joy. our ntl is still working as per norm so have the codes changed or can any1 help????????

    What box you got? Starview or Starview 2 - The BOX? What software are you running on the box?
