Starview HD fix for blank MAC address + 'Bricked SVHD'

    had that problem. sorted by getting Starview_HD_Combo_+_0128.uad file and installing not the GrooveRider_HD_Combo_+_0128.uad, NOTE the start of the file names as i never seemed to notice the diff so got stuck were you are!
