Starview losing channels

any ideas please

 

The warning message is nothing to worry about just ignore it, as for your missing channels we need to know your location and service provider.

lost a few movie channels a few adult channels liverpool arenal setanta golf and racing uk

im in birmingham and virgin
im just glad warning dont mean a knock on the door well i hope so

 

Racing and arsenal 355.000

liverpool 379.000

celtic rangers 619.000

Do a manual scan on these freqs and see if that works.

Edit; the list grows please give me chance to find them for you,

Satanta golf is also on 355.000

 

just turned box on and it wont move
the box super on screen and remote not working

but no channels, scanned only a few radio stations

 

Why don't you just do a Factory re-set, and then a fresh Installation, making sure you have a live cable feed in the cable input socket and that you choose your correct provider, this should get all your channels back.


EDIT - And don't forget to turn the Key Emu back ON.

i have done all what you said and i got my channels back

but i seem to have lost the ppv channnel in the 3000 lot of channels
any ideas how to get that back or shall i wait till boxing is ppv

When an event is coming up ie boxing etc it should come on.
check one of the TV**** channels.

 

Hi,
I have a Starview3 The Box and had the channels working fine, until one day they all went and it couldnt find anything with the scan. When I turn the box off for a few days, it then searches and finds all the channels but they dont stay for long and just disappear.

I live in Dublin Ireland and im with n*l. The signal to the TV is perfect have Ver 8.00 on it, even flashed it with 7.09 to see if it would make any difference but it didnt. Done factory reset as well.

Menu > factory setting
Pin- 0000
ok to delete

TURN THE B0X OFF AT THE BACK FOR ONE MIN THEN TURN BACK ON

English > installation
choose provider
Auto scan > ok
channels found
Exit
Menu > 1570
Turn "key emu" on
Go to set default key, press ok
Exit to s*y sports & let it update.

 

Make sure you are not using any splitters on your cable as this is the biggest culprit on missing channels and channels not scanning in

if you want to use a splitter use a good quality one not the cheap white v shaped ones

also a booster might help you as well

how come zee tv has gone missing?
it came back for a while a few weeks agon but is gone again?
can we get this back?

 

You should find ZEE TV on the same frequency as ZEE Cinema, just do a manual scan on that frequency and you should have it back, may appear at the end of your listings.

 

Thankz, i had to delete the old channel then do manual scan on zee cinema & it worked
Are we getting sky one & stuff back tomorrow?
