Starview lost channels

Hi I've read on various threds that I need to do a factory reset and then rescan to get the scrambled channels back. Just wondering how to do a factory reset as when I go into factory settings it requires a passkey.

 

Usual passkey is four digits, if nobody tampered your box chances are 0000 or 1234 try either one, you might have luck.
