starview lost channels

    hi i recently lost some channels like sky sports 1 3 4 news itv bbc 1 etc. i have a starview The Box running API ver:4.55e_E Boot version 7.0. I have deleted and rescanned 3 times but still getting no joy if anyone can help that would be great.Im in bromley in kent and dont know if anyone else has the same problem.

    Hi, I'm in Bromley too and lost all channels.
    Just keep trying to rescan they will eventually appear.
    It worked for me, but still had to rescan a few times after to get all the channels back.
    It's a painfull process, I sometimes don't think it's worth the bother.
