    people on other forums have said their boxes was not connecting earlier, but its working with the new firmware from today

    just tried an updated yep its working keep up the good work hopefully more channels to follow again, music ones have gone down but at least the sports are ok :)

    thats great, at least we had a confirmation from a member from this forum...thanks for that.

    so, they saying the new update will have to be put on, because the older update will stop in the next several days.

    older update has already stopped just says no connection so my advice is update now lol keep up the good work :)

    i know 2 of my family members still has the old firmware, theres is still working ok at the moment.

    could be becos the server cant handle too many requests, since every1 is trying this new update?

    same here in liverpool :(

    although my family still on old firmware and all still on yet i live around the corner an old an new firmware are not connected????

    i think its an external fault, loads of people having the "not connected" problem

    have stick in box but when i ok new firmwear the s/w box doesnt appear(firmwear shows zip file)

    turn off at back of box, wait for a min, turn back on and it should go, just done mine and its going, ss1-ss4 and espn' some movies ect working
