Starview Newbie Help Please

I bought a box 2 weeks ago followed the instructions. I get 50% of the channels the others are just blank.

Do you think the software I have is out of date?? Or is it something else??

 

If yu haven't updated the Starview since last Friday you need to do it now.

are peeps somewhere always making new updates or something, is there a chance that oneday it will be impossible

 

As long as the CC's want to try and stop us watching there's always the posibility of an upgrade being needed.
