Starview no signal

    Ok, try this & see if you get all your channels back.
    Menu > 1570
    Set Default key > press ok
    Exit out to s*y sports & let it update.

    tried to do that but when exiting didnt have sky sports only have 35 channels so rescanned again still only getting 35

    A factory reset should do the job, now that you have a signal

    Menu > factory setting
    pin - 0000
    ok to Delete

    TURN THE BOX OFF AT THE BACK FOR ONE MINUTE THEN TURN BACK ON

    English > installation
    Choose provider
    Auto scan
    press ok
    Channels found
    Exit
    Menu > 1570
    Turn EMU on
    Exit, Exit, Exit.

    worse its getting now only getting 23 after following that procedure

    do you have coaxial from wall to box,no splitters or extensions allowed

    there seems to be some sort of a splitter or extension, what will i do now?

    Disconnect the splitter & run it via the main feed (cc box on wall)
    Then do the autoscan again. I have to head off now, so best of luck with the b0x :)

    You might have to do a factory setting a few times to get ALL ch@nnels back , I had a b0x like that and done it about 12 times before I got them back.

    we are here to overcome slight problems and when all heads bang together usually works ouch lol
