starview not working 1570 won't input

    Hi guys having problem with 1570 stations scanned in but wont take 1570 to let me enter codes help have API 4.54e and boot ver 7.0

    I have amother box that has 4.5 on it if i transfer s/w from that to new one will that let me put 1570 in so i can get the nagrivision menu?

    As long as it is the same type of box that will work no problem but you need a null modem cable to do that as well ok
