Starview Not Working.

    My Starview channels have went down except the standard one, when I go into the key change area it is not giving me the provider I need i.e T*L*WEST/C&W.

    Does anyone know what the problem is?

    In the Provider ID
    type in one of the following

    C&W 5C 01

    Tele*est 5A 01
