That is what the problem is to many connections and you are draining all the power off the box get a booster and that should sort ya out
Try switching your box off and back on again at the back and see if the codes update also if that does not work unplug the cable and put it direct into the tv to see if you have the channels in case they are working on the cable ok
the booster is pulgged in an the n*l cable is connected in the in port the other wire in the out port which i have connected to the the starview
ok you need the booster at the main point and the other leads split of the booster then try that and see if it works ok

got my friend a Box , he lives in Ratoath Dublin N*L is the cable provider. I pre-set box up at home , set up all channels went to his house and box would not work. did a factory reset - rescanned multiple times and only picked up 13 stations, some where pay for view etc. Is there area where N*L cable will not work in Ireland...
thanks a lot it must be Analogue in his area. When i did a rescan I got 13 channels and 5 radio stations , would thsi be normal
About right. Although I am sure you can get N** MMDS in that area and the box will work on that. Do they have an aerial, (square mesh dish), on their roof?
No its just a normal cable coming into the house split into multiple points . all connected to N*L digital box's which are configured for Sky sports etc and disney
