Starview problem

    help please
    i got a starview box today went through the set up process came to parental control and the info button wont work just keeps coming up old pin new pin, can anyone sort it for me please

    dont bother with that do it this way its easier

    MENU 1570

    (just press the 1570 straight after pressing menu)

    Hi leekop
    Thanx for that but tried and it wouldnt work then found the box was running on 2.58 so changed software to 2.57e and hey presto perfect result
