starview problem?

Try frequency 517000/6952 for ppv events channel.

Someone from Liverpool posted that was their frequency for
channel tv 1700

 

some body help plz only 2 days till the royal rummmble

 

Believe me you will get it when it is closer to the event time, some areas have not started broadcast yet thats all.

hi, can anybody help?ihave updated my firmware to 4.0 i followed all the instructions but the channels are still gone . i did a autoscan and it only shows 1/24 where normally it 1/54 have i missed something? alsomis this the right version 4.0 to stop the channel scramble? any help would be great

 

If you have GENUINE b0x , yes 4.00 is the correct firmeware

Try this

Menu > Factory Setting
PIN 0000
OK to delete

Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on

English > Installation
Choose Provider etc
Automatic Scan
Press OK
Channels found
Exit

Press Menu then 1570
Turn EMU key ON

Exit , exit , exit

if a starview 1 is flashed with the box firmware by mistake does it have to be reflashed with v4 Whish was not on it or the version that was on it before the wrong flash and then with v4

 

original starview 1 v4.000
clone starview v257eE fixed
if in doubt use 257 as it works for both and autorolls

 

HELP!!,,hi have starview2 the box original,,api 4.50e-E,boot 7.00,,from tipperary,,cant get it going on C****s digital,,when i set it up and scan it dosent even pick up the free channels,,these even come on t.v. without any box whatsoever!,,seems to me that its not picking up a signal,,have tried 2 seperate boxes and followed all instructions correctly,,even put in latest codes,,still nothing,its acts the same with or without the cable plugged into the input socket,,could it be that the signal is analogue and wont pick it up,even though its called c****s digital,,i also have broadband running from the same cable,any help much appreciated

Moving Channels

Press Menu > Channel Edit > 0000 > Press YELLOW button to EDIT > Highlight the channel you want to move > Press the RED button to MOVE > Use your \/ /\ arrows to move it where you want and press OK

Repeat till you have them sorted in the order you like

When your finished , press EXIT and it will save them for you

 

Can anyone help. Since the codes started changing again after Christmas all the channels 307,000, 395,000 and 402,000 frequency are bad and keep breaking up. I have tried factory reset re-scanning, automatic scan, manual scan, switching on and off, all to no avail, I am in D14 area, have a starview clone, firmware 257e_E. Will updating the firmware make any difference?

 

It could be a local problem in your area

have you updated to the 2.57_FIXED for clones firmware that auto rolls the codes for you ?

 

same area no problem,check connections on box scart and coaxial loose on mine gave me problems
