starview problem?

    cableview please remove your phone number as it is against forum rules.

    @bulld if you are trying the flash with 4.54 that is the wrong file as it is a channel dump please use the 4.54 firmware in the box firmware folder of Eamos FTA Library.

    what is a channel dump file ?
    does it sort the channels into some sort of logical order ?

    It does but only in the format of the person that created the channel dump. Better making your own one and then keeping it on your pc.

    Hi, If anybody in the liverpool area is still not recieving TV 1700 I have the latest frequency. Change the frequency to 507.000kHz (6952ksps). Hope this helps.

    thanks celtic we checked that and still no sound or picture any more ideas? could it have been a bad flash? anybody else come across this problem

    hi , i uploaded 400eE_api bin file to my S**rview box today , only recieving 34 chanels tho unlike my other 1 where i recieve all of them

    Hi Jk I had the same problem then i went to factory default and turned off and on scanned again and 186 programs found

    it wont let ,me do a factory reset for some reason , the password is 0000 isnt it??

    starviews well known for scanning probs.,u might have to do it a number of times,and remember dont scan thru splitters or extensions

    best way u are doing,some people have 3 or more tvs with splitters and that reduces signal quality . ok?
