    Hi.,

    just installed a star view box. Every half hour or so the programme switches off and I get a message "bad channel or scrambled signal".

    15 seconds later channel comes back on.

    Please help.

    Its probally a problem with the cable company

    Press Menu > System Information and tell us what the API is please

    Also

    You will need to know if you have a clone or genuine

    Count the vents on top

    18x7 = Clone
    25x7 = Genuine
    13x7 = 1st Generation

    Also you can go here to see some pics

    Thanks Celtic 71. The box is genuine. The API is 3.00e_E.

    Any suggesyions?

    Thanks yodaspole, but I don't think its anything to do with the cable or connection as I had just flashed another one a couple of minutes earlier.
