    Hi all

I have been looking at this thread every day for the past 2 weeks to get new codes for n*l Dublin - thanks to all who have put them up so regularly.

I thought that by downloading the latest software as on...

    Eamo's FTA Library http://eko.4shared.com/

... that this would mean daily manual code updates would not be necessary?

I used: Starview folder/Documentation/Comprehensive Star View Digital Receiver Box AND The Box Software & Loading Instructions

I downloaded the loading instructions and GTRom v4 and followed the guide from the same folder as above.

I successfully managed to download the software (bin file: STARVIEW_H20070607_400eE_api) and install it on my *genuine* Starview and followed the instructions. It went just fine, the autmoatic scan worked and all the channels came up without having to input new codes.

    "Breakthrough!"

Until I came home this evening to find all channels were scrambled again - so now I am back to square one, looking for daily codes for manual update.

Can anyone help me with this please I am at my wits end and about to give up on this thing, unless I can find a solution which means I don't have to input daily codes.

Anyone please - advice would be most welcome!

    Many thanks
    Matthew

That firmware is not auto-rolling, if you have Starview 1 Genuine box you need to download and install CryptStar-v1.4-GenuineOnly this is the latest for SV 1 - If it is Starview 2 The Box then you will need H20070705-450eE API Bin for Ireland, going off what you have posted it is the latter - The Box. flash to that and you will be okay. It is 7th bin file down in The Box Firmware folder.
