Ouch - The reason I did that - I realised after reading matto's post that he had loaded the Bin File that is meant for SV 2 The Box going off the file number, apparently he has SV 1 - and yes it changed yesterday lol. Cheers Des

I have downloaded the firmware update successfully. When i reconnect the eurovox to my tv and do a power scan for channels, should i then have to input the codes manallyor should it update itself.

How many vents are there on the case 7 rows by how many back to front, count them and let us know it sounds like a clone, may not be - also check this link and see for yourself, what one looks like.

You're missing the 2A at the end of the 01 codes

    Hi guy's,
This is my first post, i just found the site off google but im at my wits end here. I've been reading posts here for nearly an hour and a half and still stuck...

I just got a starview box today, its the The Box, super Starview 3 and I just have the N*L piped coming into the house. I set up the box as per the instructions and had roughly 145 channel's saved and watchable. Then at around 8 this evening they just disappeared, I just get a black screen reading "Srambled or bad channel". I have tried re scanning again etc and i even entered the codes at the begining of the post but that still hasn't worked? am i missing something? i havent a clue what im at and im just getting more and more confused here. im not great when it comes to updating the box etc and got no cables with it? But the details i found in the main menu are

    API ver: 6.00e_E
    Boot ver: 8.0

    Your help is much appreciated,
    Thanks
