    SORRY I MEANT TO SAY I UPDATED USING WINDOWS XP. COULDN'T GET THE FILE TO OPEN USING VISTA.

    BUT ALLS GOOD NOW

    VICTRON, WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD THE FILE, SAVE TO YOUR DESKTOP, OPEN THE FILE AND HIT EXPLORE AND EXTRACT ALL FILES. THE LOADING FILE WILL BE THERE, UPLOAD YOUR CHANNELS BEFORE YOU DOWN LOAD THE FILE.

    Hey Guys,
    my Eurovox MaxV has died & the remote control won't even work
    The screen message 'INFORMATION'
    channel not currently available
    Can you please help as it looks like it is frozen

    did you put new firmware on and not do a factory reset after?if so put your old firmware back see if this gets it going again for you, then put the new version back on make sure you do a factory reset before you scan

    I loaded software the other day & did a factory reset & it was working fine until i tried to delete a channel today
    I tried knocking off the power for a couple of hours as someone told me it might me on sleep mode but still no joy
