    hi Desb sorry but its another dunce here i have followed all the step by step advice on updating firmwear i have used the crypt file like u have shown ,, i got the download complete on the PC it was downloading on the box but it did,nt update ,,,,NTL Dublin Genuine starview box , correct null mod cable the lot wot am i missing
