starview problems

1570 does not take me into secret menu can anybody help.

 

press menu
press parental control

press info followed by 2004

don't undestand how to change keys got telewest at top

is this right.

 

telewest
00 = 4A 56 C3 4E 55 FC CB 14
01 = 0B 0D FC 37 7E BF FE 13

these are the new telewest keys

change them and press ok to change them

after you change the 00 keys scroll up to the box with 00 and press right arrow button and it will change to 01.
you can now change the second key

press ok to save then exit

your channels should now work.

don't know what i have done wrong have lost telwest out of top box do you know what i can do.

whats the situation with downloading, how do I get the info into my starview box? When I bought the box all I had to do is factory reset etc.

you will need the new firmware file and the gtrom loader v4.00 and a null modem cable to connect your starview to your pc.
