Starview problems

Hi
Friend of mine has a starview box but the picture keeps breaking up have 4.00 software is there any else i can do to get it back normal?

 

Have you tried a booster?

 

No what do i do?

 

Just get a booster preferably with an attenuator on it put it on the direct feed coming in and split it to the SV from there.

 

Sorry for sounding like a novice where do i get a booster with an attenuator
