hi, ive just baught the starview pvr, first of all the box is saying there is no hdd installed, ive checked all cables there ok, what can i do? and also on some movie channels im asked to press the red button and enter my pin to watch them(im with t/w), how do you get round this?
dont know about the HDD part of your question ( could be your tv isnt hd ready?) try the master codes for ur s*Y movies 1570 2004 1668 or 0000
I've also got a starview pvr, but I bought mine without a hard drive and installed my own. Is the hard drive set to master single drive? Have you formated the drive in the setup menu? With the movie channels you need to look at the ones with the apenddix "hid" they are the film chanels that are actualy broadcasting. Hope this helps.
