starview remote

    I have a problem with the remote on my starview 1 box it will only work close up to the box and will not work from a distance i have change the batteries several time to no avail any ideas

    open the unit and on the front of the box you will see the sensor for the remote control pull it forward very gently or it will snap off and that should work

    do your channels all work on that box? ive the same one but all digital/ppv are gone, just have basic channels
