The codes you posted have one key wrong in it. The telepest codes should read:

    00: AB 1E 05 EB C6 65 46 77
    01: 51 6D 0F 08 41 BB D5 D8

Where you have dd on 01 key it should be d5.

Press menu, type 1570 on remote, make sure key emu is on at the bottom of this screen. Then exit all the way out.

Sounds like there is work going on in your area and it will come back. Do you have a decoder from telepest also and is this working?

Please use this link if you are experiencing problems with your connection in the UK on the VM network. This shows a constantly updated list of all VM areas throughout the UK that are down due to faults or upgrades.

You could update it as you have old firmware on it. But you will need a null modem cable to start with that plugs from your pc to the Starview.

I have all you need here after that. One question though have you made sure that the coax cable is plugged into the cable in connection on the back of the Starview and not the Ant in port.

OK lets stay away from updating then. Right you are in a telepest area just do this one more time please.Press menu, type 1570 on remote, you will then enter the CAS screen. Press nagravision note the key data for both key00 and key01, to alternate between key00 and key01 use the < > on the remote. Tell me what it says please.

Then press menu type 1570 and see if the key emu is still on. I need to double check both these items.

You need to change the b in 01 to 1 as I have indicated above and press OK to store. Then exit out all the way to view channels.

Depends as they change sometimes just drop back here as we usually have them within a few minutes of them changing.
