we are not aware of any code change at the present time could be a break down in your area

try menu 1570 press default keys ok and exit out 3 times

ONLY DO THIS IF YOUR BOX HAS THE AUTOROLL FEATURE ON YOUR BOX

could be a breakdown in your area as well maybe wait and see or check your provider


or take your cable out of box and plug direct into tv and see do you have any channels

 

OK PEEPS THERE HAS BEEN A FREQ CHANGE I HAVE JUST HEARD SO FACTORY RESET AND TURN BOX OFF AT BACK AND THEN ON AGAIN AND RESCAN AND DONT FORGET YOUR EMU TO BE SWITCHED BACK ON AGAIN

 

I've just had to do that to get Sky back(thanks for the instructions fergus) but can't get the channels ordered. I've pressed "ok" and then the red "sub" button to get them ordered on the menu but when I press ok again they are all jumbled up again. How do I make the ordering permanent???

 

Moving Channels

Press Menu > Channel Edit > 0000 > Press YELLOW button to EDIT > Highlight the channel you want to move > Press the RED button to MOVE > Use your \/ /\ arrows to move it where you want and press OK

Repeat till you have them sorted in the order you like

When your finished , press EXIT and it will save them for you

 

Thanks. previously I just remembered pressing something and the whole lot arranged themselves in alphabetical order.

Ive done the reset, done the search and turned EMU back on. Im still not getting any channels....have you anymore ideas?? Im in the mindlands on T/wst.

Hello there everyone.I have a small problem when I retuned all my channels today I have got sky sports 1 but there is only half a screen with the programme on and the other half is an advert of some sort for skybet any ideas how I can get the full screen on .All the other channels are working fine.MANY THANKS

 

Hi I lost channels in the UK and all I did was to first of all delete the channels that are missing and then a rescan all the channels then came back at the bottom of the "all" list you then have to set "favourite" up again hope this works for you?

 

Hi car good to see youre still around The problem seems to be on Telepest only areas and looks like a CC problem, as some areas are resolving themselves as time goes by.

My box went down this evening (Manchester/Wigan area) have done a factory re-set turned emu on went to sky sports1 and waited a few mins. Bingo back up and running!

Now all I have to do is my fav's list again.

 

Forgot to add I also re-scanned of course.

 

Codes have changed are you ex C&W or other?

 

has any one got the new codes for ex c**** and wire**** thanks
