starview seems to have died ??

more updating still !!!

i have just turned to sly sp0rts one and started again


went up to 200 % then started again !!

trying sly sp0rts news now

 

u are stuck on update loop because codes are wrong,what vers is on ur box report back

 

sly sp0rts one went up to 240% the second time

sly sp0rts news went up to 150 %

then started again !!

how do i tell what firmware is on this thing ??

whats the best to use ??

can i download and flash the best one for nt hell in dublin ??

do you need to know the codes ?

 

system info is 2.57eE possible not the fixed one as it is not finding codes

 

go to celtics post and look in eamos library for 257eE fixed for starviews and all info

What post did you get the codes from as my post has the correct ones

i used the c===rus codes not the nt hell codes

yes flash ur box with 257eE fixed to autoroll read back a number of posts for info

 

sorry couldnt work out how to just write a q. Had my box a while now and put codes in manually.. My box seems to have lost sly sp0rt and some other channels im in london and part on v*£"*n can any one help?????????????????

open the one calles eamo's list and look ther to see if there's codes for v==gin

not sure if it covers london though

i followed this list and input the codes manually and mine worked fine

Markarman .... If you have a genuine b0x with 25 vents then you need the 4.00 firmware

You will need a null modem cable DB9F to DB9F.

If your pc does not have a serial port you will need a USB to serial port adapter to use in conjunction with the null modem cable.

These two cable links are only for reference as they can be purchased alot cheaper on fleabay.

All firmware/loader can be found in the link at the end of my post marked Eamos Library.

You will need the GTromloader, (Starvi*w Software Uploader), found in the Starvi*w software folder of the link.

You will need version 4.00 firmware for GENUINES found in "Starvi*w" firmware folder.

 

got the gt romloader ok but in the starv=ew firmware folder couldn't see version 4.00 for genuines !!

theres 4 files there ok but none af the names resembles v 4.00 for genuines...

any suggestions gladly welcomed
