Starview - subtitles, BBC3, BBC4

I have starview box(API ver 257e_E, Boot ver 7.0,) is it possible to recieve BBC3 & 4 (1 & 2 no probs) and have do i switch the subtitles on/off for the channels?

you should be able to receive all channels. you can do a manual scan with network scan enabled. the subtitles do not work properly on starview.

Do a manual scan after 7pm! BBC3 and BBC4 do not air until 7pm daily. You wont find them if you scan for them before this.

Also note: once you have BBC3 and 4 saved and you try to view them before 7pm, you will find they show the CBBC channel and cbeebies. This is normal.

 

As for front row - Surely the S*y movies channels are way better? On scanning these will be called "S*yActionHid" for example. Or "S*yDramahid".
There should be around 10 of these types. On mine s*y family works as it is. No "hid".
