Hi, I have the box for about 2 mths in Ireland and recently it has stuck on the menu screen. The parent control and channel edit selections are green and i cant use them and any time i press Exit or Ok to get off the main menu it brings me back to the language screen. Basically I cant get off the menu screen to watch the tv. Ive tried turning it off and un plugging etc but nothing is working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. any questions pls give me a shout.
can you press ok on the language screen?(on english)if so start from scratch as i think some1 has factory reset your box,whare are you based are you n.l etc

Hi, when i press ok on language it just goes back to main menu, its a vicious circle and i cant get off these two menus. cheers for the help.
you may have to rescan menu- installation- auto scan-n.l(use the right arrow on your remote to change from telepest)not sure if this is your problem or not,but when it finishes scanning exit back to main menu press 1570 turn key emu to on (bottom of the screen)exit all the way back to channels go to sly sports and wait for it to update.let me no how you get on.
Press ok to select English Press OK again to select Installation Choose Provider etc Automatic Scan Press OK Channels found Exit Press Menu then 1570 Turn EMU key ON Exit , exit , exit
thanks Celtic,I have tired this and am still stuck on the two menus. I still cant exit from the main menu after doing all that. cheers
Cheers Karljd, tired that but still cant get off the menu screens after updating this. exit always brings me to the menu and lanuage screens and not off these menu's no matter what i do.
Did you scan for channels and if so how many did you get ? Do not do a factory setting after you get channels Press Menu then 1570 and turn the EMU key ON
It says no programmes found when i do the auto scan, all seem to fail, is there anything i can do. cheers
