Starview the box clone no power cap 11 replaced

Newbie to this forum
I have been reading the forums for this kind of problem and found out about cap 11 - thanks to this forum I even got the replacement part no. and ordered it from Maplins.
It had definatly gone, the top of the cap had lifted but only slightly, So i swapped it out. But ---- i still have no power leaving the power board.
I put my multimeter on the cable from the power board and using either of the bottom pins (labelled GND) to neg on the multimeter, I am getting no reading from the other 5 lines (board labels the voltages i should get).

Any ideas please or should I just order a new power board.
Typically the box was loaned to me and the guy just asked for it back last weekend - been working fine till then .... Duh!!!!

Probably better forking out for a new PSU.

Thought so but I thought it would be best to check first.
I must say this forum is very helpfull.
Am I best getting one off fleabay or from an outlet I live in Warrington and work in Birkenhead if anyone knows the closest place.
