OK if you are sure you are on N**, input these keys manually.

    LATEST CODES
    NTL UK:
    00: 3d 2b df aa 51 c8 dd a0
    01: E2 C9 74 0A 04 22 A6 12

A visual guide for inputting keys can be found at the Starview Info Dobby2oon link at the bottom of my post. Click the link then click keys this will show you how to do it.

You need to use a USB adapter in conjunction with the null modem cable.

    USB Adapter Cable http://www.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?ModuleNo=29968&DOY=17m6&tabs=n

This is only for reference and can be got much cheaper on fleabay.

I think your problem is you are unsure what your provider is. Best bet is to scan all providers, N**, Ex C**, etc. Input all the correct codes for each provider which are here http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/531363.

May be worth a try. At the bottom of my post in the link mark Starview Info Dobby2oon, click the link, then click key, this will show you a visual guide for inputting keys. As said input keys for all providers and scan all providers.

It is the first Starview you have? Press menu, then system info and tell me what it says.

Thats because you need to flash it to the latest firmware, reason I asked you to give me the system info as you probably have version 2.61 on "The Box". This will not allow you into the nagra screen.

Reason I have offered my advice is you say you are N** yet you get no channels on N** but do on Tele****.

You also said you scanned 20 times so I said it was worth a try using my advise. Really its up to you.
