starview the box PVR no channels please help me!!!

    when i scan level is 00% and quality is 00% and it says "UNLOCK" in the bottom right corner. OK iv flashed it with the oct version, been to the secret menu, my connection is live because its the same one as the one connected to my internet through a splitter, and iv looped the connection, What have i missed??? anybody??? please help is my box faulty?

    can anyone help got cloned starview box got channels but keeps freezing after couple of seconds
