Are you using the main feed when you scan and try to update or is your signal going through a splitter?

How many channels does the scan pick up?

 

also you can try turn off the emu put back on a station leave it for a min then go back to secret menu then before turning emu on hit the default key and then emu on and then to sky two and hopefully that should be you

Thanks and yes Im using the main feed. 183 channels after scan.

Yes it has to be something simple. No doubt sc0ser can be of more help but silly as it sounds select the God Channel as it's a strong signal and it may update from there.

Don't forget it took Elaine 5 mins for the update to happen.

I see that you are trying to drag up the "difference" of opinion between DesB, Mallci and myself.

What you have to realise is that each of us has a different approach to a problem. Bottom line "The person with the problem was sorted" and that's all that maters.

 

Tried the update from Sky 2 for around 15 mins and nothing happened. Do I need the cable to connect it to the PC? Have the codes been changed and if so how do I get them. Thanks a lot

 

What have you tried to do? Do you have the latest firmware? Which box is it you have?

 

have The Box Super. We've never had the cable to connect to the computer, we've only been working with codes that we got from the internet. R*E 1 and S*tanta Ir*land are still working but it doesnt look like we've got much else

 

OK codes are NOT available from this site as it's caused too many problems in the past.

The Box Super is the S******w 3. You do need a cable to sort it out via your PC. Once you have one you will realise how shortsighted you've been in not getting one before.

Don't worry though There are ppl here to guide you through!
