STARVIEW THEBOX 2

thank you for advice but still stuck at same point. went through link but not sure if i am downloading the right one. the starvew 3 has two links listed. when i access one option a series of folder mini folders pops up and then I am selecting the one maked the box super. is this right? the other opion brings up a waterford version of starview 3 but this is not downloading at all. any advice as to which one i should be downloading greatly appreciated. thanks again

 

you need to make sure they're null modem cables and not standard rs232 cables. they look the same but only nulls work.

 

how do u know what the difference is

 

It should say it on the packet it came in.

 

using same cables as i did for eurovox and it worked for that so does that mean they are the right ones? can you advise which is the right download out of the two- is it the first link or the second link as listed for starview 3 and do you need special software to download bin file. it just won't come through for me. many thanks

 

you need winrar to unpack bin files. your cable should be fine if you have done a eurovox with it. You need to download the uk fix.

 

EVASTAR worked for me 3 rd time lucky the only thing i changed after i turned EMU on i click on select as default just above emu then it worked perfect thanks
