    I think I have found out what the problem is. Maplin have given me the wrong cable (L68BT) when it should have been (L71BT). Can anyone confirm if this would cuase a problem?

    if you really want to update use the all in one on eamo's library but to be honest i have a super as well with the same problem though not as often and the advice i was given was that the update would not make a difference...that its a problem starview are working on.

    go to the device manager and check your comport settings if needed choose com 1 to 4 only then you will know which port to choose

    tried the other ports 2,3,4 but unable to connect straight away with them, must be something to do with the settings on the pc com port somehow, it will not allow me to go into advanced through the device manager?

    my set up on the pc for the com port is;

    bits per second; 115200

    data bits; 8

    parity; none

    stop bits; 1

    flow control; none

    does this sound right?
