    Have you unzipped the folder
You need to go to the folder you stored the files.
Click on the the gtrom.exe file
    A B0X screen comes up

Not to sure exactly what you are getting at, when you say "computer does not recognise The Box - hardware wizard message" have you actually got the "Loader" for the box Super on your desktop, if so have you pressed "Download" and what does it say then? it is an All In One loader - maybe you are referring to the computer not recognising the USB Adaptor? if so then you would better off going to page 1 of this thread and reading down, sure you will get your problem sorted >>>>>>>>>

    menu > user set up.
    Time setting ok
    Time zone GMT + 00:00
    Current time : auto
    Summer time : ON

The EPG is not great on the sv1, one day it could be ok, the next day it could be bad. Turn the b0x off for a few mins then turn back on & see if its any better.

I flashed a few digiv0xs for a few mates last week, the epg seems alot better than the sv. Im thinking about getting one as its as easy as the sv to update & use. How do you find it your self?

    Hi,
I have the sv super, its a genuine.
I have currently flashed it with 601, 705 and today tried 8.0 and 7.09

I am in Dublin with N*L, it started fine with 8.0 but 10 mins later it started crashing again. Is there anything else I can do or try?

    Help is much appreciated
