    ok press menu then 1570 then turn themu on then press the default key then exit out 3 times put it on 2 sly movies and it should update then should be fine

    you have the correct one on as far as i know there aint a new firmware for it just yet but the one you have on is fine

    Moggser,this box keeps switching its self off and on even on B B C 1.I now think it may be an electrical fault in the box.Thanks for your help

    just checking what box u have,is it THE BOX or BOX SUPER see sticker on front of unit as there is a rebooting issue with BOX SUPER.

    hi sorry to bother but i have updated my clone box but when i go to nagravision my telewest has dissapeared and it only comes up chorus. has my box been fried or is there someway i can get it back? cheers

    Folks,just got new starview 3 super receiver. Have tried to download version 6.01 to no avail. Is there anyone out there that can update it for me (am willing to pay), am based in Donaghmede but can travel? Wouldn't ask but have tried everything to get it up and running. Cheers.

    why do you need to go to nagravision if you have updated your box?have you any channels?when you go to installation can you see telepest?and what have you updated your box with?

    i have updated it with crypstar-v1.4-core257.bin and i am only recieving the freeview channels, when i try any other channels it comes up with scrambled or bad channels. i have turned the key emu on but to no avail any help would be great cheers

    oh and i can only see telewest at the start of the intalation but it then dissapears on the nagravision , i was also putting the keys in manually before i updated it now i have lost all channels

    Set default key
    Press OK
    Exit to s*y sports & let it update.
