    Im OK at weekends and early week but mid week is a killer , im working too hard during the day and the auld back is giving in :)

    Wondering if someone can help me, Been Using Starview the Box for months now and Between Saturday and tonight i am getting " No Signal on the Box" I have updated the firmware everything but nothing coming through on it, also tried another box in another room and nothing?

    make sure your connections are ok ie coaxil secure into cable input on the box,and scart from tv secure into tv scart on the box,also are you sure there is not a cable problem in your area,have you tryed your tv without the box?

    u could try to do a factory reset and check if all the cabels r connected and do a rescan

    thats for genuine boxes,not to be used on clones although the core 257 will work on both.
