Is it not?you asked me for the latest firmware for starview ok igave you a link for the latest firmware for starview ok now if you think you no better enlighten me.

 

no need to be smart as no one likes a smart arse i have loded this into my starview box which is genuine and i still lose channals so on the advice of some one on another forum i deleted the said channal and rescanned both auto and manual but its not finding it so it looks like a factory resett is needed so if i do a factory resett i would like to put the latest firmware on that file you gave me is on another foreum as A FIX FILE hence me wondering why you think its the firmware as when i do a system info im still on the june 2007 firmware

your the one being smart, and i would suggest you remove the profanity,you asked for help and i gave you help,i could go into detail about that firmware but i can't be bothered with you and your attitude.

if you use any type of splitter on your incoming cable you will have channels been lost all the time as you are degrading your signal strength

and may i add please do not come on here with that attitude if you want to get help on here otherwise you will be left wanting

and that is only advice you can take it or leave it your choice

 

You just want to draw your horns in obie10, you asked for the latest firmware for Starv**w 1, and you where given exactly that, yes it is a fix for the AU, and yes it is dated exactly as you say June 2007, simply because that is the firmware that was modded to AU - but it is still the latest firmware - a little courtesy goes a long way on this forum.

 

and before u say any thing else,u will lose channels when frequency changes and quickest fix is to factory reset and autoscan.u will never get an up to date say july 2008 firmware.an old box with the last firmware given by suppliers and when it had the problem a fix file was made .try scanning from main feed no splitters or ext.,try it a few times,or it could be ccs working near u on cable.peace bro.

id love to say where i work and that they are on the shelf but you know how it goes...

hey all could someone please tell me if i can get arsenal tv on the starview ntl it wont come on if i automatically tune channels in is there a frequency i can manually put in to get the channel as they are showing first friendly game live on it today

 

you wont get it in Ireland, at the moment.
